One of the top players on one of the state’s best teams received an offer from Drexel on Wednesday.
Keonte Kennedy, a 6’4 combo guard with elite athleticism, added his 10th offer with the invitation to play for the Dragons. Other notable schools desiring his skill set include Tulane, Stephen F. Austin, South Florida and Sam Houston St.
Kennedy has led the Chaps to a 6-2 start to the season, including a game where he dropped 31 points with nine three-pointers made against Findlay Prep, a perennial national powerhouse.
The 2018 star is one of the sure things in his class, and is on pace to becoming one of the state’s prized recruits as the season progresses.
